Clay Lomakayu as seen in one of my visions of him as I watched him run down Sacred Mountain, I was seeing him run through the moon as a vortex. I had originally titled this painting "Moonrunner." Perhaps the vortex is any vortex, not the moon, but it appeared as a white circle in the night sky so it could just as easily be any circle. The Circle is The Medicine of One and this picture, in Clay's words "Communicates a way to move through life which I happen to call Medicine of One... but precedes language."
Patty is a multi-media artist who loves painting "Scenes of Life at the Shore". Having grown up near the Connecticut shore she has many happy memories of salt, sun and sand and as she's gotten older has availed herself of the great restorative properties of the sea. Patty's main goal as an artist is to create a piece or capture a scene that will elicit a "happy memory" for the viewer. So many collectors recall and share with her childhood or family memories many of her scenes and it's this that she finds most fulfilling as an artist. She especially likes a piece of architecture in a landscape and the more remote the better - like little beach shacks, a particular favorite subject matter.
